Tired..tats all i cn say abt today activities..well today ends class at 12pm n after tat headed bck hme..3pm went to Track n field Training at ITE Simei..Reach dere around 4 plus goin to 5pm..start training at 6 plus..

durin the training focus more on the running techniques..hmm..Today's training is quite tiring..also during the training we also watch a soccer match at ITE Simei, ITE team vs LEEDS GS..the match is quite interesting as the ITE team always go against the official wen they hv foul on LEEDS GS..well the ITE team hv to get to used to the style of European play..


tats all abt today..tiredtiredtiredtiredtired!!!!
